Breedlove Frontier Concertina E
Frontier Series Acoustic Guitars by Breedlove
Frontier Series Acoustic Guitars by Breedlove
The Frontier series offers a range of acoustic and acoustic-electric models made predominantly of mahogany. The only other tonewood used is ebony. The lineup consists of three models, with Concertina E being the smallest of the bunch. Concertina E comes in with a non-cutaway parlor body, made entirely of solid mahogany. Under the hood, it rocks the LR Baggs Anthem EAS VTC pickup, with volume and tone controls located within the soundhole. The thin mahogany panels and the modern bracing give concertina abundant projection and sustain, while the LR Baggs electronics guarantee an unparalleled onstage tone. Breedlove sells this one in Natural color, with ivoroid binding and nickel hardware. Other notable features include a mahogany neck w/12th fret bolt-on joint, an 18-fret ebony fingerboard, a fixed ebony bridge, and Breedlove tuners.
