AXS Exotic Cutaway A/E Lacewood is AXS Caidie`s twin model. The only major difference between these two is the choice of sound board material - where AXS Exotic Cutaway A/E Caidie comes in with a caidie soundboard, AXS Exotic Cutaway A/E Lacewood rocks a lacewood soundboard. Other than that, these two are identical. AXS Exotic Cutaway A/E Lacewood`s back and sides are made of mahogany, as is the C shaped neck. The neck also features a a 14th fret dovetail joint in the back and a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard on top. Standard-sized frets, plastic string nut and dot inlays complete the fingerboard. Under-saddle pickup and Dean preamp make up the high-quality electronics unit. Fixed rosewood bridge and die-cast tuners complete the list of major features.
