EL-00 is a model from Epiphone`s Small Body series of acoustic and acoustic-electric guitars. It comes with a 00-shaped body with a non-cutaway design. Back and side panels on this model are made of mahogany, while the top is made of spruce. This is one of the most common combinations among acoustic guitars. Top panel is bound in creme binding and equipped with a black plastic pickguard with Epiphone logo on it. Sound hole is encircled with a simple creme colored rosette. Belly shaped bridge is made of rosewood. There are no electronics featured on EL-00. Neck is made of mahogany and it sports a C contour with a dovetail joint. Fingerboard on this model is made of rosewood and it comes with 19 frets with dot position inlays.
