CD-140S is a model from the Fender`s highly acclaimed Classic Design series and it comes with a full-sized dreadnought shaped body. It`s back and sides are made of laminated mahogany and the top is made of spruce. Top panel is bound in natural binding and finished in gloss. It also features tortoise shell pickguard and double circle rosette. This model is available in natural color and it sports a non-cutaway body design. Bridge section on this steel-stringed dread is equipped with a belly shaped bridge made of rosewood. It also features a compensated saddle. Electronics are non-existent on this model. Neck is made of nato wood and it is set in. Fingerboard is made of rosewood and it features 20 frets with small dot position inlays.
