GAD-F40P is a model from Guild`s GAD series and it comes with a non-cutaway grand orchestra body made of padauk and spruce. Padauk is used for the back and side panels of the body, while the spruce sound board is placed on the top. This model comes with white binding, triple-circle rosette and tortoise pickguard. Vintage styling of this grand orchestra is completed with a set of chrome-plated tuning machines installed on the headstock. Natural color of the wood is the only color scheme assigned to GAD-F40P and it is finished in high gloss finish. Bridge section is equipped with a belly-shaped rosewood bridge. Mahogany is used for the neck on this one and this mahogany-made neck is topped with a 19-fret rosewood fingerboard.
