AEG8E is a model from the awesome Ibanez AEG series. This series deals with both acoustic and acoustic-electric guitars of the lower intermediate class. But, don`t let the words lower intermediate define the AEG range, for these work horses can carry a knight into battle as good as any war horse out there. AEG8E is a single-cut guitar with a body made of agathis back and sides and a spruce sound board on top. Black and Natural options are available; both are finished in gloss and both have the standard set of chrome-plated hardware. Rosewood bridge on the top contains an Ibanez pickup, which is paired with a side-mounted preamp, also made by Ibanez. Mahogany neck is attached through a dovetail joint and has a standard 20-fret rosewood fingerboard on the top.
