Luna`s Artist series was updated for 2013 with four brand new models. One of them is a nylon-stringed acoustic-electric. It`s name is Artist Deco and it is the sibling model to the Artist Deco steel-stringer. Grand auditorium is the shape used for all four novelties and in Deco Nylon`s case, it`s made of solid rosewood back and sides with solid cedar top. Ebony binding, ebony rosette around the sound hole and gloss lacquer finish decorate the top. In the electronics section, Luna installs the standard B-Band T55 preamp with tuner and volume and tone controls. Neck on this model is made of a single piece of mahogany and it`s attached to the body at the 14th fret. Bridge and 20-fret fingerboard are both made of ebony.
