Celtic series is a brand new line in the Cordoba catalog. It is a home to a range of acoustic-electric guitars with decorations inspired by traditional Celtic motifs. Currently, there are only two models in the series lineup, the Celtic Horse and the Celtic Swan. This review is dedicated to the Celtic Horse model. It is a single-cut guitar with grand concert body and standard neck with 14th fret dovetail joint. Back and side panels of the body are made of rosewood (series standard feature), while the top is made of spruce (also series standard feature). Natural is the only color available for this model. It features a combined finish, gloss on the top and satin on the sides, back and on the neck. On the top, Luna installs a standard belly-contoured bridge with plastic saddle and string pins. Electronics department features the good old B-Band T-35 preamp known from the earlier Luna models. It`s durability and fidelity of amplified tone put it shoulder to shoulder with some of the most expensive preamps out there. Mahogany neck is fit with a 14th fret dovetail joint in the back and a 20-fret ebony fingerboard on the top.
