Fauna series is complementary line of models to flora series, it offers similarly styled guitars, but with animal themes. First of the Fauna series models is Hummingbird, it comes with parlor sized body with single cutaway design. Construction-wise, this model features acoustic-electric construction. Electronics department is equipped with a side-mounted preamp. Body of Fauna Hummingbird is made of maple back and sides with quilted maple sound board. Top panel is equipped with creme binding and colorful hummingbird rosette around the sound hole. This model is finished in high gloss, it is only available in natural wood color. Bridge section is made up of a modern Luna rosewood bridge. Mahogany is used for the neck on all Flora and Fauna guitars, including this one. 19-fret fingerboard is made of rosewood.
