Though smaller, orchestras can surprise with strength and projection, if construction and materials used are of high quality. Martin`s 000CE Al Cherry is placed within the standard series of the catalog and boasts solid cherry body construction. Cherry back and sides are matched with a sitka spruce sound board with X-pattern spruce bracing under the hood. Cherry brings the vibe similar to maple, having the mid range as it`s main focus of the tonal range. Neck is also made of cherry and it sports oval contour in the back. Katalox is used for both the belly-contoured bridge and the regular fingerboard with 20 frets.
