Norman Guitars Expedition Parlor SG
Expedition Series Acoustic Guitars by Norman Guitars
Expedition Series Acoustic Guitars by Norman Guitars
Norman is one of the most popular Canadian guitar brands, specializing in affordable steel-string acoustics. It was established in 1972, in a small town called La Patrie, which is also a home to a number of other brands (Seagull, Godin, etc). The current catalog has four series, with Expedition filling the role of the opening (lowest) series. Expedition Parlor SG comes in with a fully acoustic parlor body (laminated hardwood back & sides, wild cherry top), 12th fret dovetail neck joint, stock hardware, and minimalistic styling. Natural (w/semi-gloss finish, chrome-plated hardware, discreet rosette) is the only available color option. Other notable features include a solid wood neck (unspecified material), 19-fret fingerboard made of rosewood (Tusq nut, dot inlays), fixed rosewood bridge (Tusq saddle), and die-cast tuners.
