Parkwood`s PW340M is a model of the basic 300 series and is the only model that differs in the choice of materials used. It comes with flamed maple back and sides, instead of mahogany. Other than that, this is a regular 300 series six-stringer. Along with the solid flamed maple body panels, Parkwood installs a solid spruce sound board. Sound board is bound in ivory and decorated with a single-circle rosette. Also, there is a solid rosewood bridge with belly contour on it. Beneath the sound board, there is the standard scalloped bracing. PW340M has no electronics on, or within the body, it is fully acoustic. Mahogany neck is as comfortable, as it can get and has a standard 20-fret fingerboard made of a single piece of rosewood.
