RDJ-27, just like RDJ26, 25 and 16, belongs to the Jubilee series of steel-stringed acoustic guitars made by Recording King. Besides dreads, there are orchestra models, auditoriums and more. 27 is the top dread and it comes with a body made of rosewood and spruce. Rosewood is used for the back and side panels, while the top is made of spruce. Top is bound in ivoroid binding and equipped with a tigerstripe pickguard. Vintage theme is completed with glossy sunburst color scheme and golden Grover tuning machines. Bridge section on this model is equipped with a standard RK bridge made of rosewood. Neck on this model is made of mahogany, it sports V contour and 14th fret dovetail joint. 20-fret fingerboard on it`s top is made of rosewood. Grover tuners are plated in chrome.
