RD-T16 is the only dreadnought model currently active in Torrefied series` lineup, being accompanied by a parlor (RP1-16C) and an OM (RO-T16). Like the other two, RD-T16 features a torrefied top made of red (Adirondack) spruce (thus the name of the series - Torrefied). RD-T16`s main features include a full-sized, non-cutaway body, a regular C-shaped neck w/14th fret dovetail joint, high-quality hardware, fully acoustic construction, and the standard 25-2/5" scale. Natural (w/gloss finish, tortoise binding, tortoise pickguard, chrome-plated hardware) is the only available color option. Other notable features include mahogany back & sides, solid spruce top (w/forward X bracing), mahogany neck (C profile), 20-fret padauk fingerboard, padauk bridge, and a set of Grover Butterbean tuners.
