Taylor Guitars have several basic fully acoustic series featuring various standard acoustic guitar shapes. GC series features grand concert models, GA is for grand auditorium and DN is for dreadnoughts. DN is populated with four models and DN8 is it`s flagship. This model as other three do, follows a strict pattern of features assigned for the DN series. It comes with a non-cutaway dreadnought body with fully acoustic construction. Natural color is the only option and it comes with a combination of gloss and satin finish. 25-1/2" scale and golden Taylor tuners are also featured on this model. Rosewood back and side panels are combined with a spruce top. Ebony is the material of choice for both the bridge and fingerboard. This fingerboard is installed on the Taylor`s favorite tropical mahogany neck.
