SPR is an intermediate class guitar (in Jose Ramirez catalog`s constellation) and is partly built in Ramirez workshop. It is located between the studio and professional models, representing the perfect choice for players who want a high quality guitar but can not afford a professional level Ramirez yet. SPR starts off with a fixed 25-3/5" scale (no 26-1/7" option) and a fixed selection of tonewoods. Back and sides of the body are made of solid Indian rosewood, top is solid cedar or spruce (the only exception), solid cedar neck and ebony fingerboard. The neck is attached at 12th fret, while the fingerboard features flat radius and bone nut. Other important features include a classical rosewood bridge (with bone saddle) and high quality classical tuning pegs.
