CG102 is the most affordable model on the currently active CG series` roster. It is there for all the classical guitar beginners, students on a tight budget, as well as everyone else who wants an inexpensive nylon-string guitar. It offers a full-sized, non-cutaway body (made of laminated meranti/nato back & sides, laminated spruce soundboard), standard 25-3/5" scale, stock hardware, 12th fret neck joint, traditional styling. The MSRP is set at $312.00 (some $50 less than the second most affordable model). The color palette, needless to say, is limited to Natural option (w/gloss finish, chrome hardware, black binding). Other notable features include a nato neck (classical profile, 3+3 headstock), 19-fret rosewood fingerboard (flat radius, classical frets, 2.05" nut), fixed rosewood bridge, and classical tuning pegs.
