Action series is a line of solid-bodied electric basses with a modern double-cut design and solid quality of build. These four and five-string models come with exceptionally good tone and playability, considering they compete in the lower middle class on the market. Basic models of this series feature passive electronics, though Cort offers active Action models, as well. Action V A is one of them. It comes with a solid, double-cut body made of agathis and a bolted neck made of maple. Pair of active humbuckers is installed on the top and it features separate volume and tone knobs. Along with the pickups, Cort installs a standard hardtail bridge with five saddles and chrome plating. Maple neck on this model is topped with a standard 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
