Edge series is one of the most popular and most important bass series produced by an American brand. Together with Fender, Gibson and Jackson basses, Dean tries to oppose the Japanese invasion led by Ibanez, Yamaha and ESP. Edge is given a task of taking on the Ibanez SR series and similar lines made by other manufacturers and judging by the sales figures, it`s doing more than a good job. Edge is a versatile series and Edge 4 Fretless is the best model to prove it. It comes with a solid and double-cut basswood body and bolted maple neck. Standard four-saddled bridge on the top is plated in black and is fronted with a pair of series standard humbuckers. Maple and walnut neck is bolted to the body and topped with a fretless rosewood fingerboard.
