Metalman 2A Z is based on one of Dean`s most popular and most wanted body shapes ever, one and only Z. Z has been a part of Dean Guitars catalog since the very beginning and it formed the initial lineup of the catalog. The original Z six-stringers draw their lineage from the legendary Explorer introduced by Gibson Guitars back in 1950s. Metalman 2a Z is a full-sized four-stringer with 34" scale, two active humbucking pickups and black paint job. Body of the Metalman 2A Z is solid, single-cut and made of basswood. Bridge section on the top is equipped with a four-saddled bridge with black plating. Maple neck is bolted to the body and is topped with a series-standard 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
