B series is one of the pillars of LTD`s bass side of the catalog. It deals with affordable and modern-designed basses. A huge variety of models is one of the hallmark features of the ubiquitous B series.
B-55 is a five-string bass with a simple name, simple styling and simple construction. Streamlined double-cut body is flat and made of basswood. It is paired with a bolt-on neck made of maple. 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with small dot inlays tops the neck. B-55 is available only in glossy Black with chrome-plated hardware and a matching headstock decal.
ESP Designed LDJ (jazz pickup in the bridge position) and LDP (middle-positioned P pickup) are generally all-round players with slight proficiency in heavy music. LTD hardware includes a top-load bridge and modern tuners.
