EC 104 is one of four models currently residing within the EC series of electric basses. All of the models from this series feature single-cut bodies with carved tops, full-length scales and interesting decorations. EC series is made for all the players who prefer single over double-cut bodies and like set in necks more than the bolted ones. EC 104 is in the same league as B series` B 104 and offers pretty similar level of craftsmanship and tonal quality. EC 104 is made of basswood. Top side of the body features beveled edges and a one-piece hardtail bridge with four saddles. Standard set of two humbucking pickups comes with separate volume and tone knobs. Maple neck is topped with a standard 22-fret rosewood fingerboard.
