Tom Araya is one of the most iconic metal bass players. He has fronted the thrash metal giants Slayer for over thirty years now and has reached the cult status among the metalheads with his uniquely aggressive voice and supreme playing skills. Tom predominantly uses ESP basses in both the studio and on the stage. His signature series is made up of three currently active models and Tom Araya model is the flagship of the series. It kicks off with a modern double-cut body made of alder wings and maple center. On top of the body, there`s a four-saddled hardtail bridge and a set of two active humbucking pickups. Maple neck runs through the body and has a standard 24-fret ebony fingerboard installed on the top.
