Since the latter group has more success with the audience, Fender made sure that the Limited Anniversary Edition basses come with serious gigging potential. 50th Anniversary Jazz Bass comes with a solid and double-cut body made of alder. It is combined with a standard vintage-styled maple neck. The top is decorated with a vintage plastic pickguard and a covered four-saddle bridge. Two single coil pickups are equipped with standard volume and tone knobs, as well as with sliding on/off switches. Maple neck is topped with a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard.
