Atelier and Stvdio lines of guitars and basses within the Fret King catalog bring unique and exclusive instruments with rich aesthetics and supreme tone. In the Atelier line, there are two basses, two four-string Perceptions. One of them is Atelier Perception JJ, and it comes with a solid, double cutaway swamp ash body made of two centrally connected pieces of wood. The neck is made of hard rock maple and it sports a slim contour along with a bolt-on joint. Upon the neck, a rosewood fingerboard with 20 frets, dot inlays and Wilkaloid string nut is placed. The pickups are two Custom Fret King J styled single coils. They are controlled through split volume and master tone knobs. The bridge is a Wilkinson fixed one with two brass saddles. The MSRP is set around $2,800.
