3 Tone Sunburst
L-2500 Fretless is the only fretless model in the L series of electric basses in G&L catalog. It is a four-stringed instrument with a full-length scale, bolted neck and standard vintage styling. Solid and double-cut body of this model was inspired, like the rest of the L series, by the legendary Precision Bass (which was also designed and constructed by Leo Fender). Alder back is paired with a flat swamp ash top. This combo is standard for the L series. 3 Tone Sunburst with high gloss finish is the only color scheme available for this model. Four-saddled hardtail bridge is fronted with a pair of full-sized humbucking pickups. Hard rock maple neck is topped with a fretless fingerboard made of the series standard material, rosewood.
