Vintage Sunburst
Club series is made up of several single-cut bass models with a more modern styling and design when compared to the classic 500 line. Models found in this series are all hollow-bodied, single-cut (similar to the classic Les Paul) and fit with recognizable Hofner decoration and hardware appointments. Body of the 500/2 Club Bass CV model is fully hollow (it does not have a center block within the body), single-cut and made of a standard maple/spruce combination. maple is used for the back and sides, while the spruce is used for the top. Ebony bridge on the top is backed by the trapezoid tailpiece and fronted with a pair of humbucking pickups. Neck is also made of maple and it is set in. 22-fret fingerboard on the top is made of rosewood.
