Sound Gear (the full name of the SR series) has been around for quite a while, somewhat over a quarter of a century. And, in that time, SR has grown into a trend and rule-setting range, a standard-defining range in the world of solid-bodied basses.
SR370EL belongs to the basic 300 tier, the tier which opens up the SR range and sets the tone for the rest of the series and tiers. It comes in Aged Whiskey Burst, with gloss finish, Cosmo Black hardware, and black plastics. Key construction features include a solid maple body, solid maple/rosewood neck (5-piece neck, SR profile), and 24-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
Hardware and electronics section also features an Accu-cast B120 hardtail bridge, die-cast tuners, as well as a pair of PowerSpan humbuckers.
