SRX655 Soundgear is the top model of the SRX line. It is one of four models assigned to this series and one of two five-stringers among them. The SRX series is a part of much larger Sound Gear (SR) range of electric basses. It differs from the main branch in that it`s models have full-sized passive humbuckers and their bodies are flat on the top. Other than that, these match the standard SR series models. Body of the SRX655 Sound Gear is solid, double-cut and made of ash (ash is standard body wood for the SRX models). Five-saddled bridge with chrome plating and two full-sized humbuckers are installed on the top. Three-piece maple neck is topped with a standard 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
