CMG is one of four currently active models in the Concert Bass series. This is Jackson`s premier bass line. It`s played by many top bass players, predominantly in rock and metal bands. Modern design and construction, along with top notch hardware and superb tone woods keep this series at the top. CMG comes with a solid and double-cut body, 34" scale and bolted neck. Body is made of alder, Jackson`s standard tonewood for both the guitar and bass sections of the catalog. On it`s top, there`s a black four-saddled bridge and in it`s front Jackson installs a pair of super powerful humbucking pickups. Bolted neck is made of maple and it features the standard 24-fret fingerboard made of rosewood on it`s top.
