Scavenger Electric Bass Guitars by Johnson Guitars
Scavenger Electric Bass Guitars by Johnson Guitars
Johnson is one of the small brands with small, but versatile catalogs. Bass side of the catalog is fit with three series with five models distributed within them. First on the menu is the one-model line boldly named Scavenger. It features a solid and double-cut four-stringer with Warwick-like design and styling. Body is fit with a Corvette-like double cutaway and a bolted neck with a fast and sleek contour in the back. Johnson combines the basswood (body is made of basswood), maple (neck) and rosewood (fingerboard) on this model. On the top of the body, JJ-440 is fit with a familiar two-piece bridge with four saddles and chrome plating. Bridge position is equipped with a humbucker, while the single-coil is in the middle position. Rosewood fingerboard has 24 frets with white dot inlays.
