The legendary Mike Watt is one of only two bass players with signature models/series made by Reverend Guitars. Currently, Mike`s series contains only one model, the mighty Wattplower. A simple, straightforward axe, Wattplower is an uncompromising rock `n` roll machine. Main features include a solid and beveled body (all-korina construction, beveled top, black pickguard), Reverend electronics (P-blade split single-coil pickup in middle position, volume & tone pots, no pickup switch), and Hipshot hardware. The color palette consists of Rock Orange, Satin Yellow, and Satin Emerald Green (satin finish, chrome hardware, black headstock overlays on all three). Wattplower also boasts a three-piece korina neck (medium oval profile), blackwood fingerboard (21 frets, dot inlays, 30" scale), Hipshot A style bridge (string thru and top-load options are available), and Hipshot tuners.
