T series in Schecter Guitars catalog is made for the lovers of the classic Precision Bass shape from the very beginnings in the early 1950s. This one is affordable, unlike the original Fender and Fender Custom Shop models. Besides it`s vintage-styled body, T model offers a very versatile tone and can even parry some of the modern basses, as well. T Model comes with a solid and double-cut alder body (early Precision Bass models were made of ash) and a bolted maple neck. On the top of the body, Schecter installs a classic four-saddled bridge with chrome plating. J and P pickups are accompanied by a vintage-styled set of control knobs (Telecaster layout). Maple neck is topped with a series standard 22-fret fingerboard made of rosewood.
