Sean Yseult is one of the most renowned and respected female bass players in metal and her contributions to the genre extend far beyond her work in White Zombie, for which she is best known. Also, she is known as a long-year fan of Schecter`s Casket Bass, which is her main weapon of choice. Finally, for 2012 she earned her place among Schecter`s signature artists with her own Casket Bass signature model. This beast was spawned from the fiery pits of hell to serve Sean with both it`s killer tone and majestic appearance. Schecter`s classic casket contoured body is made of mahogany. Flat top, black paint and edges painted in silver form the body specs. Surprisingly fast and comfortable neck is made of mahogany, as well and it sports a set-in joint. This combination forms a formidable base for EMG humbucking beasts in the pickups area. EMG35P4 is installed in bridge and neck position and this combo only features two volume knobs. No tone, no pickup pan knob are featured on this model. Bridge section has a standard Schecter bridge installed with either a top-load or string-through construction. Both variants are plated in chrome. Fingerboard on this model features a set of 21 medium-sized frets, star inlays and special dagger inlay on the 12th fret. Scale measures standard 34" and all of the hardware and decoration is plated in chrome. The MSRP for Sean Yseult Casket Bass Left Handed is set at $1,119.
