Stealth is a brand new series of Stiletto basses and it`s made for the young metal players who need a strong, commanding tone as well as the classic Schecter build quality. Style-wise Stealth models act according to the series name, they fly completely under the radar until the mighty Schecter pickups are unleashed. Stiletto Stealth 5 is the series right-hand five-stringer. It comes with a solid, double-cut body made completely of basswood. As it could have been expected, the necks on the Stealth basses are made of maple (including, of course, this model) and have a standard six-bolt joint. Five-saddled bridge has independent saddles and top-load construction. This means that each of five saddles acts as a one-string bridge. Schecter`s SuperRock humbucker in the bridge and Diamond P pickup in the middle positions are the weapons of Schecter`s choice for Stiletto Stealth.Master volume, two-band EQ (bass, treble) and pickup blend (pan) knob comprise the controls. Maple neck is fit with a regular C contour in the back and a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard on the top. Schecter`s tuning machines wrap up the specs list for this smoking bass.
