Vintage Modified Jazz Bass is one of the finest electric basses in the entire Squier catalog, displaying all the core values of this brand. It is affordable, attractive, very well built and has a versatile tone. Body of this sweet four-stringer is solid, double-cut and made of basswood (basswood, agathis and, occasionally, alder are Squier`s body woods). On the top of this vintage-styled four-stringer, there is a chrome-plated Hi Mass bridge, as well as a pair of passive single-coil pickups. Standard maple neck and a 20-fret rosewood fingerboard wrap the specs list.
