TB250 is a flat-top bass with acoustic-electric construction and single cut design. Jumbo-shaped body of this four-stringer is made of maple and spruce. Maple is on the sides and in the back, while the spruce sits on top. Sound board made of spruce adds punch and snap to the bright tone made by maple. Creme binding and double circle rosette decorate the top panel. Vintage Sunburst is the name of the color scheme applied on this model. It is the only one and it`s finished in gloss. As for electronics, TB250SC is equipped with CTP-2 system, as opposed to the Cool Tube preamp found on the rest of Pro Series basses. Bridge is regular belly-contoured one and it`s made of rosewood. 21-fret fingerboard is also made of rosewood.
