Bootsy Collins is one of the most eccentric bass players who has ever set a foot on the stage. His flashy appearance, flamboyant stage persona and unprecedented level of skill have earned him a godly reputation. Bootsy loves to play Warwick basses and for a long time now, his main stage and studio weapons are his own signature models made in Warwick`s German facilities. Model named simply Bootsy Collins Signature is a solid, double-cut bass with pronounced cutaway horns and carved top. Body is made of ovangkol wings and maple neck. Maple cap is featured on the top. Hardware and electronics section features the Warwick bridge and two pickups in H/S configuration. Maple neck runs through the body on this model and it is topped with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard.
