Corvette Dragon models in the Special Editions series are made exclusively for the Spanish market. These simple, yet supremely well built basses comprise one of the most populous model families in this series. Warwick makes them in fretted four and five-sting variants. All models share some common traits with each other and Corvette $$ concept, but are also highly customized instruments. Corvette $$ SE Spain Green Dragon 5 is a solid, double-cut bass guitar with body made entirely of ash wood. It is not covered with any kind of top wood. It is paired with a bolt-on neck made of ovangkol. This combo is well known from the standard $$ Corvette series. However, the major departure from the standard $$ Corvette recipe is the use of the ebony fingerboard, instead of the standard wenge.
