Corvette Standard SE Klangfarbe French Flamed Ash 5 is one of many Corvette models in the popular Special Editions series made by Warwick. It is made for the French market, along with several more models in this series (in total, Special Editions line has around 100 models) and it features a customized set of tonewoods. Body of this exceptional five-stringer is solid, double-cut and made of flamed ash in it`s entirety (usually, the Corvette models are made of regular ash back and maple top). On the top, there is a two-piece bridge (the most standard bridge option in Warwick catalog, also called the Warwick bridge) and a pair of single-coil pickups. Neck for this five-stringer is made of ovangkol and it is topped with a 24-fret wenge fingerboard.
