Corvette is Warwick`s most popular line of electric basses and it`s models can be found all over the catalog. Corvette Taranis is one of discontinued models and it was a solid, double-cut bass with standard scale, bolt-on neck construction, black hardware, 24-fret fingerboard and passive electronics. Body of this exceptional four-stringer was made of ash in it`s entirety (ash is usually combined with a suitable top wood cover on Corvette models). Ocean Blue and Nirvana Black comprised the color palette for Corvette Taranis. On the top, the hardware and electronics sections were equipped with a two-piece Warwick bridge and a pair of pickups taken over from the Corvette Standard series. Ovangkol neck is bolted to the body and is topped with a 24-fret wenge fingerboard.
