Bich series offers some of the most interesting and aggressively designed electric guitars ever made. Since it`s inception back in 1970s, Bich series has been the wild and untamed one. It was one of the most popular guitars in the then-emerging heavy metal underground and has remained one of the most progressive guitars on the market. Today, Bich series contains a multitude of guitars with either six, or ten strings. Bich 10-String belongs to the latter group and it the basic ten-stringer of the series. Solid, double-cut body is made of nato wood and it`s paired with a bolted maple neck. Standard wrap around bridge is fronted with a pair of Rockfield Mafia humbuckers. Maple neck on this model is topped with a 24-fret ebony fingerboard.

The playability is nice and the instrument feels good, but it seems to sound distorted when playing at higher volumes and the strings go out of tune if bent a little. I use D'Addario XL 10 guage and a .009 for the harmonic G. I also must tune to D standard to keep the .009 from snapping. Overall its fun to play, but I still love my '78 Gibson.
