C2 Series is Caparison`s budget range, though technically its models cost far more than standard beginner axes (closer to $1,000 mark than $200 mark). Nonetheless, when compared to their $2,000+ and $3,000+ counterparts, C2s look pretty affordable. Especially if the fact that Caparison doesn`t skimp on the build quality and tone is taken into consideration.
C2 Series DEG-E-HH comes in with a solid, flat mahogany body and a bolt-on maple neck (C2 profile). Black and Natural variants are available. The neck is topped with a rosewood fingerboard with 24 jumbo frets and 1.65" locking nut. EMG`s 81 (bridge) and 85 (neck) combo provides the classic EMG growl across the scale. Licensed Floyd Rose bridge and die-cast tuners complete the specs list.
