The majestic Ghost Fret is Rob Chapman`s own signature model. It is a true metal beast which can, if the need arises, be tamed at a flick of the pick. 24-3/4" scale, dual humbucking pickups, hardtail bridge and 24-fret fingerboard are some of the classic Explorer features. Ghost Fret comes in with a solid body, made of mahogany wings, two-piece maple top (Canadian flamed maple, bookmatched) and maple neck (neck-through-body construction). The neck is made of three pieces of maple, featuring a thin C profile and contoured heel. 22-fret ebony fingerboard sits on its top. Chapman-branded "Passive Aggressive" humbuckers come with a nifty coil-split function, adding a whole new level of versatility. Other major features include a string-through Hipshot bridge and locking Hipshot tuners.
