Chapman hails from Britain and is a brainchild of Rob "Chappers" Chapman. The company has been around for about a full decade and has grown from a one-man business to a NAMM fixture. The Standard series is Chapman`s main line, as well as the most affordable one. It houses some of the most popular axes made under the Chapman flag. ML-1 LH is a solid-bodied axe, made with bolt-on neck, modern Soloist body, passive electronics, and 25-1/2" scale. Midnight Sky is the only available color option (w/gloss finish, black hardware, black headstock). Other notable features include a solid and contoured mahogany body base, flame maple top, C-shaped maple neck w/satin finish, 24-fret ebony fingerboard, string-thru hardtail bridge, Chapman Sonorous humbuckers, and Chapman tuners.
