Sunset II is a model from Cort`s Sunset Series of semi-hollow bodied guitars. These models are shaped and constructed after legendary Les Paul and ES models of the past. Sunset II is an LP shaped single cutaway model with a body made of mahogany with maple top. It comes available in two colors, black and candy apple red. Both are finished in gloss and feature white binding. The bridge on this model is simpler than on Sunset I and is made up of a tune-o-matic bridge with a stoptail bar. The bridge, as well as all other hardware parts is chrome plated. Pickups on this model are TV Jones Limited humbuckers, placed both in the bridge and neck positions. Controls consist of a master volume and master tone knobs. Pickup selection is done through a three-way toggle switch. The neck is made of mahogany and features a set-in joint. The fingerboard is made of rosewood and sports 22 large sized frets, pearl rectangle position inlays and 12" radius. Other features on this model include: 14-3/4" scale, die-cast tuning machines, D`Addario strings and chrome plated hardware.
