A rock legend, a guitar virtuoso, and prolific author, Bob Weir is also D`Angelico`s premier signature artist. His signature line currently has four models, across all three major tiers of D`Angelico catalog. Deluxe Bob Weir SS comes in with semi-hollow SS body, set-neck construction, supremely beautiful styling, and exclusive hardware & electronics options. Stone is the name of the only available color scheme (a sort of faded black w/gold hardware, black plastics and tortoise pickguard). Main construction features include a laminated flame maple body, maple/walnut/maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard. Hardware/electronics section features a Bigsby B50 bridge, Grover tuners, and Seymour Duncan`s DA-59 humbuckers.
