Dave Mustaine signature series has been expanded with three new models for 2013. One of them is the VMNT Double Neck Diadems model. It comes with one six-string and one twelve-string neck. Both necks are made of mahogany and have the special slim D Dave Mustaine contour in the back. Also, both necks are set in and have 24-fret fingerboards. Fingerboards are made of ebony and have sharktooth inlays. Nut width on both fingerboards is 1-11/16". Headstocks on both necks have six in-line tuners. The upper twelve-string part of the guitar has additional six tuners positioned behind the bridge. Body of this model is solid, double V-shaped and made of mahogany. Edges of the top are slightly beveled, though the top itself is flat. There`s only one color scheme available for this model and it is the Diadems custom graphic with black base. Body of this model is finished in high gloss. Both bridge sections feature tune-o-matic bridges with string-through-body construction. Dave Mustaine and Dean Guitars have decided to go with traditional black color of the hardware for this one. Pickups are Dave Mustaine Duncan Live Wire humbuckers.
