Dean Karl Sanders The Black V

Dean`s V is, along with the original Flying V and Jackson`s King V, the most popular and most distinguishable V-shaped guitar. Rounded wingtips, 24-3/4" (24-5/8") scale, Explorer/V/Z controls, 22-fret fingerboards, and V headstocks were and still are, hallmarks of a Dean V.
Well, Karl Sanders The Black V shuns most of the Dean V conventions and delivers a completely different V experience. 25-1/2" scale, scalloped fingerboard, no controls at all, and a lone pickup in the bridge position add up to a completely different flavor. Solid mahogany body, flamed maple top, V-shaped mahogany neck and 24-fret rosewood fingerboard make up the chassis.
Seymour Duncan`s Invader in bridge position, string-through TOM bridge, and locking Grover tuners complete this black-clad beast.
