Back in the 70s, Dean Guitars mixed the tail portion of the V concept with the front portion of the Z concept to come up with the out-of-this-world axe which they named ML. Some 25 years later, Dimebag Darrell and Dean`s luthiers gave the aging legend a complete overhaul. The new beast was named Razorback.
Today, Razorback line is made up exclusively of Dimebag signature/tribute models and Razorback Dimebag Floyd is its most basic Floyd-equipped model. It is available only in Classic Black. Core construction features include a solid mahogany body, bolt-on maple neck, and 22-fret rosewood fingerboard (jumbo frets, 12" radius, 1.6875" nut, 24.75" scale).
Other important appointments include a licensed Floyd Rose bridge, Grover tuners, and DMT Design humbuckers (w/standard Dean controls unit).
